Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Joy Cocoa Bites, we take great care in preparing, packaging, and delivering our products to ensure that every customer receives fresh and high-quality items. Since our products are food items, we follow a strict Refund & Cancellation Policy as outlined below.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched from our facility.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund Eligibility
As food products are perishable in nature, refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product damaged during transit
- Product missing from the order
- Product received in an unusable condition
To process a claim, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Proof Required
For any refund or replacement request, customers must provide:
- Order Number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Requests submitted without sufficient evidence may not be eligible for approval.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Personal taste preferences
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
- Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen events
- Improper storage of products after delivery
- Minor variations in color, texture, shape, or appearance due to the handmade nature of our products
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
After reviewing the submitted evidence, Joy Cocoa Bites may:
- Issue a replacement product, or
- Provide a partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
The decision of Joy Cocoa Bites regarding refunds or replacements shall be final.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)
For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or another mutually agreed payment method.
Customers may be required to provide valid banking or UPI details.
8. Order Modifications
Changes to delivery address, contact details, or products may only be possible before the order has been processed or dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped, modifications may not be possible.
